For wooden products, we suggest a soft, damp clean cloth to gently wipe when needed. Glasses and bottles are not dishwasher safe and should be hand washed to preserve the personalization.

All items made by Bubbles and Bows are hand-crafted. Although we attempt to carefully represent each product with photos, design examples and detailed descriptions including dimensions, slight variations occur. Further, themes may differ between products due to size and shape. With exception to glass products, items not personalized can be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Should you want to return an item, kindly email us for shipping guidance. Once items are received in good condition and in their original packaging, we will promptly refund your merchandise cost to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Personalized Items cannot be returned, so please preview the product and carefully proofread your personalization submission before finalizing the order. If we make a mistake, we will take immediate action to get you a replacement, at no cost to you. Issues must be reported by email within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please send photos highlighting the problem to help us resolve the issue.

Although we attempt to carefully pack each order, damage does occasionally occur. Damaged product needs to be reported to us within five (5) days of receipt as we have limited time to file a claim with our carrier. Photos of the damaged item and packaging are often required to process the claim. Upon receipt of the photos, a replacement or replacement parts will be immediately shipped. We ask that you keep the damaged goods and boxes until the replacement is received.

You may change or cancel any order that has not yet been personalized or shipped. Orders often go into production within 24 hours of receipt.
